Position Details:

The Opportunity:

Sort, deliver, and collect United States and campus mail, operate a delivery truck or van and operate complex metering equipment. Sort, classify and rate U.S. Mail for proper postage. The incumbent will also operate electronic mailing equipment, including digital scanning and tracking equipment.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School graduation or equivalent AND possession of a valid unrestricted motor vehicle operator's license AND one year of experience sorting and distributing mail.
  • Must have, or be able to obtain by time of hire, a valid driver's license and meet requirements in accordance with SPPM 7.10 and departmental driving standards.

Monthly Salary: $3,028 to $3,999 | Range 34 Steps A - M | Successful candidates typically begin at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28 .
