Position: Maintenance Crew Member

Location: Watertown, WI (within a 50-mile radius)

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform unit turnovers, ensuring each unit is ready for new occupants


• Conduct general repairs and maintenance tasks as needed


• Perform painting and touch-up work to maintain the aesthetic quality of properties


• Collaborate with team members and work independently to complete tasks efficiently


• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and property managers

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance, painting, or a related field is preferred, but will train someone willing to learn.


• Must be a dependable self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team


• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues


• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
