About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of a commercial property in Bothell. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in facilities maintenance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and carpentry
- Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the property is safe and operational
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of commercial or multifamily property maintenance experience.
- Basic knowledge of building systems and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
