Job Summary:
Global Building Products is seeking a Facilities/ Grounds Maintenance Worker to help maintain 3 of Global Building Products properties.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
· None.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for buildings, equipment, HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, forklifts, etc.
· Oversee and perform routine maintenance tasks including but not limited to minor repairs, painting, equipment adjustments.
· Coordinate and supervise external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance projects.
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections and repairs at each of the 3 locations.
· Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
· Manage inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
· Develop a grounds plan for all 3 locations including possible lawn care, landscaping, tree and shrub maintenance, as well as snow removal.
· Manage and maintain grounds keeping equipment ensuring it is safe and working properly.
· Coordinate with external landscaping contractors as needed.

Physical Requirements:
· Work inside or outside year-round. Temperature extremes are: summer 95+ degrees and winter -10 degrees. There is exposure to dirt, dust, snow, rain, noise and equipment.
· Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Certification and Experience:
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance and grounds keeping, with experience managing multiple sites preferred.
· Valid driver’s license.
