the ability to diffuse and resolve confrontational situations
2-3 years of experience as Maître D', lead host, or leadership role in a fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant
Experience with RESY reservations system
Natural inclination toward warmth and gracious hospitality
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a desire to complete tasks in a timely manner
The ability to convey warmth to guests as they walk into the restaurant while being able to clearly articulate reservation details while focusing on etiquette and conveying a sense of calm
