Responsibilities - Support the marketing team
- Aid in graphic design tasks
- Social media posting and engagement
- Event planning
- Company-wide communication
- Updates to the company website
- Communicate effectively and accurately with your team
- Meet with leaders consistently to ensure direction and workload
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and efficiency
- Some local travel is required on an as-needed basis
What we’re looking for - Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Graphic design and social media background is preferred but not required
- Superior research, analytical, verbal comprehension, and communication skills
- Proofreading/editing experience is required
- Self-directed initiative
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Desire to learn and ability to present professionally
- Tech savvy and experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites, Canva, and Hootsuite
- Positive and problem-solving attitude
- Growth mindset and seeks feedback
- Flexible and change agile working style
- Proactive with peers, leaders, and vendors
- Thinks creatively and maintains a strong design sense
