Marketing Events Coordinator at Cornerstone onDemand in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description We are seeking a Marketing Event Coordinator to plan, execute, and oversee our North American Field events. As a key member of the Field Marketing Team, you will work closely with the team to create amazing experiences, through both large-scale conferences and small-scale meetings, that drive education and awareness of our brand and products while ultimately building pipeline for our sales teams. In this role you will: + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute field marketing events, including regional trade shows, conferences, workshops, and other promotional activities. + Conduct research to identify potential event venues, vendors, and suppliers, providing recommendations to enhance event experiences. + Aid in maintaining and tracking attendees lists and attendee registrations, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information. + Create comprehensive event timelines and project plans as well as coordinate and own event logistics + Manage exhibitor/partner sponsorship agreements and purchase orders + Embrace opportunities to aid in planning new or unanticipated events as they arise. + Provide operations support to include, swag orders, gifting needs You have what it takes if + 2-3 years of hands-on event operations experience, including planning and executing logistics for meetings and events. + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events Planning or similar degree + Highly flexible, self-motivated, and energetic with excellent time management skills. + A Strong project manager with problem-solving abilities. + Amazing at staying organized when you have multiple balls in the air + An exceptional multitasker with the ability to prioritize competing tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. + Comfortable communicating and interacting with individuals at all levels. + Team player who also excels at independent work. + Able to travel 30% of the time + Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment + Consideration for privacy and security obligations #LI-ET1 Equal Employment Opportunity has been, and will continue to be, a fundamental commitment at Cornerstone OnDemand.
