Tarantino Properties has a client that is seeking a Marketing Manager in Houston, TX .
It is a vertically-integrated real estate holding company specialized in: Development, Acquisition, Construction & Asset Management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, developing and executing the company's marketing strategy. The Marketing Manager will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
- Track performance of all marketing campaigns
- Identify and develop our brand awareness
- Lead all corporate marketing efforts
- Lead all investors marketing efforts
- Identify best marketing strategies
- Support the sales team
- Support all properties marketing efforts
- Support all B2B marketing efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in marketing
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Experience in Real Estate Property Management
- Experience with Property Management Software – Yardi, Onesite, Entrata
- Experience with industry-related CRMs
