Responsibilities:

Follow all safety policies, procedures, and wear appropriate PPE.
Identify, report, and correct unsafe conditions.
Perform daily utility rounds and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
Process, charge, drum, and load various materials, including MT-17 and Vinyl Ester blends.
Assist in shipping and receiving, including loading/unloading materials and finished products.
Support inventory control by assisting with cycle counts and tank measurements.
Perform environmental duties such as waste transfer and solvent handling.
Prepare equipment and permits for maintenance work.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Participate in safety initiatives, including the Safety Action Committee and PHA studies.
Demonstrate teamwork and communicate effectively with management and team members.
Train and assist new employees in job functions.
Use computer-based systems as required for job duties.
Conduct routine scale verifications and audit documentation.
Work overtime and complete special projects as needed.
