Exterior Trim Engineer
Location: Newark, CA (On-site preferred)
Overview:
Looking for a specialist in exterior trim systems , including bumpers, fascias, rocker panels, moldings, and exterior lighting housings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the design and release of exterior components
- Work with styling, tooling, and supplier teams
- Lead packaging reviews and interface to ensure manufacturability
- Manage BOM and change control through launch
Required Experience:
- 5+ years in exterior trim engineering
- CAD proficiency with CATIA/NX
- Deep understanding of plastic tooling and finish standards
