Vertical Mechanical Group (VMG) is growing—and we’re looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Sterling, VA ! If you’re passionate about designing innovative HVAC and plumbing systems, love solving technical challenges, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to meet you.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Design and analyze HVAC & plumbing systems for commercial projects
• Prepare calculations, specs, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with project managers, estimators, field teams & subcontractors
• Provide engineering support during design, construction & commissioning

📌 What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering
• 2+ years in mechanical design (commercial HVAC/plumbing preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit & load calculation tools
• Strong knowledge of mechanical codes & best practices
• EIT or PE a plus!
