Physician Center Medical Director – Phoenix, AZ | $220K+ and Bonus Potential

A well-established national healthcare organization is hiring a Physician Center Medical Director for its Phoenix, AZ location. You’ll lead a high-performing clinical team while continuing to treat patients directly in a modern, evidence-based practice.

Your Role:

• Provide hands-on clinical care, leading by example
• Supervise and mentor clinicians and support staff
• Oversee quality outcomes and drive clinic performance
• Collaborate with therapists, specialists, and business leaders
• Manage relationships with clients and payers

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted medical license (AZ)
• DEA license (or eligibility)
• Board certified or board eligible (ABMS or AOA)
• FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain
