Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of emergency medicine physicians and advanced practice clinicians
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the emergency department, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient workflow
• Collaborate with hospital administration, nursing, and other medical departments to improve patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction
• Participate in the development and implementation of protocols, clinical guidelines, and policies to enhance patient care
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development among staff
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment for all team members
• Take an active role in recruitment, retention, and staff development initiatives

Qualifications:

• Board-certified in emergency medicine
• Experience in an EM leadership role
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
• Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management, conflict resolution, and mentoring
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care, safety, and quality improvement initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
