TRUE NORTH COUNSELING SERVICES, LLC is looking for a Licensed or Pre-licensed clinician to join our team. We provide in-person or remote counseling services from our private practice in Wilmington, Delaware. We are a faith based Christian organization looking for individuals sharing a Biblical worldview.
We provide:
- Support including clinical supervision
- Administrative services and billing.
- If licensed we facilitate credentialing process with our insurance providers: BC/BS of Delaware, Health Options, Amerihealth, and Aetna
- Professional office space.
- Referrals.
- Flexible hours with in-person or online capacity.
- 1099
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling or related field
- Ability to work effectively with people and aid them in adjusting to their specific challenges.
- Ability to identify the needs of clients and to gain their confidence and cooperation in assisting them to obtain their identified goals.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, other members of staff, outside agencies, institutions and the general public.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to successfully work with others from various cultures and backgrounds.
- Ability to organize a caseload and navigate our administrative system.
- Maintain valid license (if applicable) and appropriate professional certificates and credentials.
- Provide and maintain liability insurance.
