Responsible for Maintaining the Molds and spare parts,
Refurbishment and troubleshooting of Molds
Root cause analysis to reduce mold breakdowns
To carry out mold change over as per the given schedule
To carry out routine and preventive maintenance
Repairs and/or makes fixtures, inserts, and other duties and custodial/cleanup on molds and equipment, for the department as necessary.
Spares planning.
Demonstrate safe working environment.
Adherence to quality standards
Work on Ready to deploy projects suggested by Molding Senior Manager
Communicate the needs to the Mold Manager
Perform necessary changes within mold
As required, train others in proper care/maintenance/repairs/building of molds
Comply with all local, state, federal, and BD safety regulations, policies, and procedures including HCRA Hazardous Waste regulations.
Comply with all quality policies, procedures, and practices through consistent application of sound quality assurance principles.
