We’re looking for a Mortgage Processing Sales Assistant to become the heartbeat of that standard with one of our high volume teams. If you've got experience in loan processing or pre-processing, are obsessed with customer service, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love playing a pivotal role in helping people win—this is your shot. This is an in-office position located at our headquarters in Austin, TX.

Your Mission:

Deliver a white-glove, concierge-level lending experience that wows borrowers from first contact through funding—and keeps them coming back. You’ll be part relationship-builder, part deal-smoother, part process-master—and 100% essential to our borrowers’ success.

What You’ll Do:

🧤 Concierge Borrower Experience

• Guide clients through the loan process with clarity, confidence, and responsiveness
• Anticipate borrower needs, solve problems proactively, and communicate like a pro

📈 Business Development Support

• Onboard new clients, prepare pre-qualification packages, work closely with the processing team, and tee up smooth loan closings
• Engage in business development to help grow your team’s client base
• Represent HouseMax in a way that turns first-time borrowers into raving fans

🤝 Client Relationship Management

• Maintain post-funding relationships to support repeat business and referrals
• Keep our CRM up to date with borrower interactions, follow-ups, and status updates
• Help us build a referral-worthy client journey every step of the way

What You Bring:

• 2+ years in lending, title, mortgage, or high-touch client service (bonus points for private lending experience)
• Ridiculously good communication skills—written, verbal, and everything in between
• Extreme attention to detail and follow-through
• An ownership mindset: you don’t wait to be told, you take the reins
• Comfort in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
