Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations 2 high-rise multifamily property
- Manage a team including an Assistant Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and Maintenance Technician
- Lead leasing, compliance, budgeting, and resident relations efforts
- Ensure property performance goals are met and collaborate with corporate/regional leadership
Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of Area Property Manager or Regional Manager Experience
- Familiarity with Oakland/Bay Area housing regulations
- Tech-savvy with experience using platforms like Entrata and Yardi
- Strong leadership skills and ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
