Position Overview:
We are excited to invite a dedicated and innovative Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physician to join our award-winning, nationwide virtual-first medical practice. This fully remote position allows you to provide exceptional patient care across the United States and Puerto Rico. Our unique care model connects patients with a trained interdisciplinary team, including non-operative physicians, health coaches, and physical therapists, ensuring effective management of their care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual evaluations, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, Monday to Friday.
Maintain a regular clinic schedule, including at least one evening per week, and participate in an after-hours call rotation.
Engage in weekly patient rounds and contribute to discussions on complex cases.
Stay updated on industry knowledge through educational workshops and publications.
Ensure compliance with organizational and quality standards.
Participate in internal workgroups and help develop medical standard operating procedures.
Focus on providing an outstanding total patient experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect supervision of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) with collaborative agreements in place.
Undertake additional projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
Board certification in one of the following specialties:
Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation with MSK/Sports/Spine Fellowship
Family Medicine with MSK/Sports/Spine Fellowship
Emergency Medicine with MSK/Sports/Spine Fellowship
Internal Medicine with MSK/Sports/Spine Fellowship
MD/DO with an unrestricted license in the United States and Puerto Rico, with at least three years of clinical practice post-training.
Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
Experience with virtual care delivery and willingness to obtain multiple state licenses.
Strong communication skills and ability to manage team dynamics effectively.
Proven ability to align patient needs with treatment plans and implement them safely.
Ability to communicate medical conditions clearly and understandably.
Experience administering a wide range of techniques in a digital format.
A compassionate outlook with a strong sense of empathy, motivating patients to push their limits in a responsible and safe manner.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with non-operative fracture care and bone health management.

Work Environment:
This is a remote work position. Candidates must have a high-speed internet connection and the ability to work from home.
Compensation: $225,000 to $250,000 USD
