A prominent family in Palm Beach, Florida, is in search of a career nanny for their energetic 6-year-old daughter and 18-month-old toddler. The care will be with BOTH children. The ideal nanny has a positive attitude and should have experience with school-age children and toddlers. The principals are looking for someone who is kind, fun, easy-going, reliable and can work well with others. The nanny should be ready to pitch in and feel at ease working in a staffed household, as well as comfortable with dogs—there are four in the family. Additionally, the nanny should possess driving and swimming skills.This is a long-term, rotational schedule. This means the nanny will work two weeks on and two weeks off.
Responsibilities: All childcare-related duties but are not limited to the list.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Schedule: 14-day Rota Schedule
Compensation: $125k, depending on experience. This is a payroll position.
Health benefits: The first 90 days, the candidate will be on probation and receive $300 monthly towards medical. After 90 days the candidate will receive 100% medical that will include health, dental and vision.
Number of kids: 2 children, 6-year-old and 18 months old.
Start: ASAP
Travel required: Travels with family is required for this role. Nanny must be passport ready.
Commute: Must be able to drive the children when needed.
Live in accommodation: There is a private room, that the 2 nannies will share. Each nanny has their own bed and will coordinate with one another when they transfer in and out of the house after the ROTA shifts; 2 weeks on/2 weeks off; notes and conversation to be shared on their respective time with the children.
Other information: The family has 4 dogs, must be pet friendly.
