Nurse Emergency Department Director needed for well established system!
50+ beds with a Fast Track and an Observation Unit. Adult and Pieds with a team of 60 FTE's. Direct reports will include 2 Assistant Nurse Directors. Reports to the Senior Nursing Director. Hands on Administrative role.
- RN/BSN Required.
- MSN preferred.
- 3+ years in ED nursing and leadership experience.
- Experience in a high volume ED preferred, Level trauma.
- Ability to form strong relationships with staff and physicians.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Quality - history of strong quality measures.
