We're seeking a skilled Nursery Specialist to support our daily operations at our Pine Hill, Alabama location, which produces 60 million seedlings annually.

What You'll Bring:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required (horticulture, agriculture, or forestry degree is a plus!).
• Strong mechanical skills with farm equipment, tractors, vehicles, conveyors, pumps, and motors.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance, electrical, welding, and irrigation systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-driven mindset.
• Alignment with our values of safety, sustainability, and dedication to excellence.
