Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) / Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence following injury, surgery, or illness. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing patients' quality of life by providing personalized therapy plans and fostering a supportive rehabilitation environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' functional abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patients' goals.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, activities, and modalities to improve patients' physical and functional capabilities.
- Educate patients and their families on therapy goals, progress, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Document patient progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
Requirements:
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT).
- Proven experience in assessing and treating patients in a clinical or rehabilitation setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced certification or training in a specialized area of PT or OT (e.g., orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics).
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- CPR certification.
