What we're looking for,

We’re looking for a highly-driven, detail-obsessed Operations & Executive Intern to join our founding team. You'll work side by side with the CEO and execs , owning a wide range of responsibilities—from managing hosts and events to solving problems in real time and gathering user feedback.

What you'll do,

• Assist the executive team with daily ops and cross-functional projects
• Coordinate with nightlife hosts, promoters, and venues
• Help onboard new events and ensure they go off without a hitch
• Talk to customers and gather feedback to improve product experience
• Light data entry, reporting, and process improvements
• Support design tasks (flyers, decks, marketing visuals, etc.)

You might be a fit if,

• You're based in or near Palo Alto and can work in-person with the team
• You thrive in fast-paced, chaotic startup environments
• You're organized, proactive, and insanely reliable
• You’ve got some experience with data entry, Google Sheets, Notion , etc.
• You have light design skills (Figma, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• You’re not afraid to talk to strangers, go to events, or think on your feet
