What You’ll Do
- Service Delivery Oversight : Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met across managed IT services.
- Engineering Leadership : Guide infrastructure, cloud, and application support teams.
- IT Asset Management : Oversee procurement, tracking, and compliance of IT assets.
- Security Operations : Support cybersecurity tools and controls in collaboration with security leadership.
- Quality Assurance : Partner with QA to drive continuous service improvement.
- Process & Policy Development : Champion ITIL and Kaizen principles to refine SOPs.
- Client Communication : Act as a trusted point of contact for operational updates.
- Team Leadership : Mentor and empower cross-functional teams.
- Strategic Planning : Collaborate with leadership on goals, budgets, and reporting.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Security, or related field
- 5–10 years in IT operations or MSP environments, with 5+ years in leadership
- Strong background in service delivery, asset management, and security tooling
- Experience with vendor management, budgeting, and resource planning
- Familiarity with ITIL, cybersecurity frameworks, and industry regulations (a plus)
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and improvement-driven mindset
