Job Description
Phillips Feed is seeking a hands-on, safety-focused Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead our 3rd shift team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards. Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00 pm- 4:30 am
What You’ll Do
- Supervise second shift picking, checking, and loading operations
- Plan, assign, and direct work to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Ensure all warehouse and food safety standards are met or exceeded
- Lead by example in promoting a safety-first culture
- Operate forklifts and order selectors to support operations as needed
- Ensure accurate loading by stop number, stretch wrapping, and completing load maps
- Submit route paperwork to invoicing team
- Collaborate with supervisors and managers to provide consistent performance feedback
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a distribution environment
- Ability to operate stand-up forklifts
- Experience with RF scanning and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, organizational, and coaching skills
- Safety-conscious mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to read and write English fluently
