Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Associate

Location: 100% Onsite - Midtown Manhattan, NY

Pay Rate: $18/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Manufacturing Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, fast-paced, and thrives in a collaborative environment. This role supports manufacturing operations by processing and tracking orders, managing inventory, and ensuring timely communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and enter customer orders and updates (cancellations, QC fails, etc.).
• Relay order information to internal teams and customer service.
• Assist with receiving, tracking, picking, barcoding, and organizing materials and inventory.
• Support inventory and materials management with precision and urgency.
• Communicate effectively across teams to ensure order accuracy and fulfillment.

Qualifications:

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in data entry; warehousing or office administration preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer systems.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
