About the Role:

We’re looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to help us reach more child care centers that can benefit from our staffing solutions. This temporary, contracted position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of opening doors for a growing company. Your main responsibility will be to make ~100 outbound calls per day , identifying decision-makers and qualifying potential leads for our Account Executives to follow up on.

This role offers flexibility , as calls must be made between 8 AM - 6 PM , but we can work with you to develop a schedule that fits your availability.

What You'll Do:

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to child care centers
• Identify decision-makers and qualify leads for our sales team
• Set up follow-up call times or directly forward leads to Tandem’s team of Account Executives
• Track call outcomes and provide feedback to refine our outreach strategy (using our designated CRM, Hubspot)
• Represent Tandem with professionalism and enthusiasm, conveying the real impact of our services

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong verbal communication skills and a natural ability to engage people over the phone
• Confidence in making high-volume cold calls
• Organized and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer outreach preferred but not required
• Passion for early childhood education, staffing, or startups is a plus!
