**Outside Sales Representative with Sales Engineering experience. Career Position!**
You will be selling technical / precision die-cut components and converted materials to be used in the medical, industrial, packaging, and automotive marketplaces. **Because our business is in a niche marketplace, make to order, and engineered to order converted products;** Plitek will require that you be extremely consultative with customers to help guide them through designing, developing, and delivering a product that meets their specifications.

***Heres a little more on our requirements:***
* You must have 2 or more years experience in a B2B consultive type product sales environment. (Medical devices, adhesive die cuts, packaging film, and etc)
* You must have prior success as a Sales Engineer selling to New Product Development Teams, Engineering, and business owners, in a highly competitive market.
* You have successfully demonstrated ROI, new technologies, and product comparisons.
* You have excellent territory management skills and build strong long-term relationships.
* You work with the client to problem-solve through every hurdle during the sales process.
* You must be a hunter. You must be willing to travel to cover your territory and customers domestic and international.
* You are skilled at following a sales process, and you are strategic in your prospecting strategies. You are also experienced in managing a longer, technical sales cycle.
* You must be excellent at communication, with our internal resources: engineering, manufacturing, and management.
* Previous experience in packaging (film), converting, components/connectors, injection-molded products, is a plus.
