GENERAL OVERVIEW

Perform all aspects of facility/equipment painting including surface preparation, parking lot line stripping and spray painting.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Painting of interior and exterior facility areas, prepare surfaces as required and apply the correct finish product Keep facility wall surfaces and exterior parking lot painting looking neat and orderly.
• Integrates performance improvement principles into all aspects of job responsibilities. Integrates customer service excellence principles into all aspects of job responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

• Four (4) years minimum commercial/industrial painting experience required.

Preferred

• Trade/technical school training is preferred.
