About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated architecture or engineering student to join our team part-time. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate and construction industry, working on single-family home renovations, new developments, and construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in architectural and structural design for residential projects.
• Create and modify plans using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software.
• Participate in project planning, site visits, and quality control.
• Conduct research on construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers.
• Support project documentation and permit applications.
• Contribute to creative problem-solving and project innovation.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an architecture or engineering (civil, structural, construction) degree program.
• Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
