Job Title: Patient Scheduler

Location: Morristown, NJ 07960

Shift: MON-FRI (Usually 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm)

Pay: $23.00/hr.

Scheduled Pay: Bi-Weekly

Patient Scheduler Description/Duties

· Candidate will take a large volume of incoming calls that will facilitate the scheduling and pre registering of our patients in various modalities. Candidate will cross train in various modalities as warranted by the department. Candidate will be expected to take and pass training sessions in various scheduling systems and the registration system to maintain employment. Candidate will be required to be a part of a virtual call center that will facilitate working from home as warranted

Patient Scheduler Requirements

• Call Center experience or the equivalent in working in a high call volume environment
• Work experience in Radiology services (MRI, CTs, Mammography’s) and a hospital environment
• Candidate must pass the necessary training for the scheduling and the Pre-Registration applications
• Candidate will be required to be part of a virtual call center that will facilitate working from home as warranted
• Associates or BA or the equivalent in certifications-Preferred (Applicants currently enrolled in college will be considered)
• High School Diploma or GED
