Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Pediatric Physical Therapist at Pediatric Rehabilitation & Wellness, located in Savannah, GA. The Pediatric Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing therapy programs to help children with physical disabilities or injuries develop and improve their motor skills, balance, coordination, and strength. The therapist will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals and provide guidance to parents and caregivers. PRN and fee for service positions are also available.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy and Pediatric Physical Therapy skills
• Knowledgable in rehabilitation, pediatrics experience, PCS preferred
• Experience working with children with diverse physical and cognitive needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work well with a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move children
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia
• Additional certifications or specialized training in pediatric physical therapy increases pay
