Key Responsibilities:
• Handle personal injury cases independently from intake through resolution
• Advocate zealously for clients during negotiations, mediations, and settlements
• Draft pleadings, legal briefs, and conduct legal research and discovery
• Build persuasive cases using strategic legal reasoning and client input
• Communicate clearly with clients, opposing counsel, medical experts, and other stakeholders
• Stay current on Illinois personal injury statutes and developments

Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney
• Illinois Bar admission (required)
• JD from an accredited U.S. law school
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills
• Strong time-management, organization, and client communication abilities
