This Personal Lines Agent position is an in-house role that will work from our Headquarters in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full time position with a salary range of $50K to $53K, depending on skill-set, education, licensure and job fit. Essential Functions:
- Ability to persuade prospective clients or dealers to engage in a phone conversation to discuss insurance products
- Ability to explain Homeowners Insurance coverage to prospective and current insureds
- Complete and submit applications, issue quotes, bind coverage
- Maintain client records in management system, we use Hawk Soft
- Meet KPI's and volume requirement goals set by your Supervisor
- Assist in coaching of Customer Service Reps where appropriate
Minimum Qualifications we would like you have:
- Have a current 20-44 or 4-40 license and a minimum 2 years’ experience in Insurance
- State licenses and the ability to complete necessary continuing education
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Windows PC and Microsoft proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
- Insurance Carrier platform proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively and professionally communicate with internal and external customers
- Experience in analyzing situations and solving issues efficiently
