Staff Pharmacist (Part-Time) – Clarksville, VA

This part-time pharmacist role in Clarksville, VA, offers steady hours, strong technician support, and the stability of working in a well-established grocery store pharmacy that has been serving the community for years.

We have two options for this opportunity: 20 hours per week based only in Clarksville, VA or 30 hours per week, 2 days in Clarksville and one day floating to a nearby store over the NC border (company will cover costs for NC license).

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the pharmacist on duty, managing patient care and daily operations
• Dispense and verify prescriptions accurately and safely
• Oversee a medium-volume pharmacy (about 745 prescriptions weekly) with technician support
• Build relationships with patients in a welcoming, small-town environment
• Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager and staff to maintain smooth workflow

What You’ll Need

• Active Virginia Pharmacist license (required)
• Community or retail pharmacy experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently as the sole pharmacist on duty
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills
