Equity Staffing Group is currently staffing an Pharmacist for on-site work in Farmingdale, NY. This is contract work with a Fortune 100 organization. Position: Pharmacist - Infusion

Location: Farmingdale, NY 11735

Duration: 6 Month Contract to start, potential for extension and/or conversion to FTE

Rate: $65.00/Hr

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Contact with patients, doctors, hospital staff
• Collaborate with nursing, pharmacy, sales, customer service, and billing co-workers
• Clear, concise, timely documentation
• Ability to rotate through processing, production and final product tasks as needed
• On call rotation a possibility
• Ability to work productively in a team environment
• Ability to work with remote staff to ensure patient care needs are handling efficiently

Specific Duties:

• Infusion Pharmacist - Infusion Services
• NY BOP license in good standing
• Infusion pharmacy experience a PLUS
• Retail experience acceptable
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to handle stressful situation at times
• Ability to handle dual responsibilities at times
• Proven record of organizational skills
• Proven record of positive collaboration
• Proven record of a highly functioning team player
• High level of technological proficiency.

License: Must have active NY State Pharmacist License

Hours: 8:30 – 5:00 BUT needs to be flexible with overtime and or shift changes based on business needs.

Min Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Doctorate
