Description: Pana Community Hospital Laboratory Department is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, a steady hand, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a phlebotomist, you will be responsible for accurately collecting blood samples, preparing specimens for laboratory analysis, and ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the process.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program.
• Current certification as a Phlebotomist (CPT) by a recognized certifying agency (e.g., ASCP, NHA) preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems (preferred).
