Overview of the Role:

As a Pilot-in-Command (PIC) for this prestigious organization, you will operate a Lear 45XR within a 14 CFR Part 91 business aviation environment. Your role will involve ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers, collaborating with a co-PIC to oversee flight operations, and complying with FAA regulations. Based at Willow Run Airport (KYIP), you will contribute to creating a cohesive and professional flight deck environment.

Responsibilities:

• Command and pilot the Lear 45XR, ensuring passenger safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with the Second-In-Command to ensure adherence to all FAA regulations.
• Make decisive decisions on potential delays, rerouting, or flight cancellations.
• Promote a cohesive team environment on the flight deck.
• Participate in general department duties, including attending crew meetings and restocking cabins.

Requirements:

• Must live within two hours of Willow Run Airport (KYIP).
• Ability to demonstrate high attention to detail.
• Exhibit a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Commitment to impeccable customer service.
