Position: Pipe Welder (1st Shift)
Location: Trotwood, Ohio (Less than 10 miles west of Dayton, Ohio)
Duration: 3 months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
We are currently seeking a skilled Pipe Welder for a temporary assignment at our facility in Trotwood, Ohio. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding carbon steel using Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) techniques for chill water applications on a machine line specializing in automotive vacuum forming and laminating.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality TIG welding on carbon steel pipes according to specifications.
- Ensure welds meet industry standards for strength and integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain production schedules and quality standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pipe welding, particularly with TIG welding of carbon steel.
- Proficiency in interpreting welding blueprints and specifications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
