Freelance Planogram Production Designer (BEAUTY)

HYBRID WORKING SYSTEM:

3 Days/Week in our New York Office in Midtown East (Freelancer)

Salary Range

$85 – 100K Annual

Description:

The Planogram Production Designer will work directly with the Art Director and VP of Creative to design and maintain all in-store merchandising and planogram design for Peter Thomas Roth. This role will be the sole production designer working on all retailer updates for ULTA, SEPHORA, KOHLS, ULTA @ Target, and International Planogram needs. Planogram updates to include shelf strips, tester tile, and signage updates across all spaces.

PTR is a privately held clinical skincare company based in Midtown East. This role will require creative conception and ideation, and execution of global packaging, print and merchandising design from concept to counter. The preferred candidate has extensive experience in the beauty, skincare and/or fragrance industry—and brings fresh ideas and new ways of thinking to a brand with 25 years of clinical skin care success! Ideal Requirements:

1. 4-8 years of experience in planogram/merchandising design / graphic design
2. Experience in Beauty, Fragrance or Skincare is A MUST . Team player – not afraid to get your hands in many pots at once!
3. Expert typesetting skills
4. Extreme attention to detail for following sales and marketings layouts and implementation of all relevant changes.
5. Ability to resize working signage files into several sizes of sign execution for many retail specs/sizes.
6. Expert working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
7. Expert communication skills (written and verbal)

Above and Beyond:

1. Experience in 3D Rendering for retail render mock-ups is a MAJOR plus!
2. Experience in packaging production mechanicals (primary and secondary)
