A growing food company located near Northern California is currently searching for a Plant Manager.
Salary: $145,000-$165,000 + 15% Bonus

Responsibilities:
-Lead, coach, and manage a team of 350 FTE including 3 managers in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
-Manage and mentor shift superintendents and supervisors
-Strive for continuous improvement and efficiencies
-Ensure safety and quality procedures are followed
-Report directly to Director of Complex Operations
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree is required
-8+ years’ experience in USDA regulatory manufacturing.
-5+ years experience as a Plant Manager or Operations Manager.
-Flexible to work with all shifts as needed.
-Strong CapEx experience.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others.
-Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel).
