Job Title: Plant Manager

Location: San Antonio

Salary: $160K - $210K

Requirements: Natural Gas, Oil and Gas, Plant Start-Up

Position Overview: We are a start-up that was founded in 2021. We currently have over 50 employees. We are seeking a Plant Manager to help with the start-up of our Pilot Plant based in San Antonio. We currently have a team of 3 process engineers. We are seeking someone with strong oil and gas, or natural gas experience who has started up a plant from scratch in the past. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop systems for plant layout
• Working with R&D team to deploy operations and collect data
• Log results from each deployment to better understand variations
• Log any issues and root causes to issues to help with any of these happening again in the future to help solve these problems from remote locations
• Work with top executives to have plant in strong working condition for investor tours. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Chemical experience preferably in Natural Gas, or Oil and gas
• Prior Plant start up experience. 
• Experience leading and overseeing engineering teams.
