Apartment Community in search of a full time Porter/Housekeeping Associate responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the community. The position involves the use of various cleaning solvents and chemicals and may require heavy lifting up to 50 pounds. We are seeking a responsible and dependable candidate who is available to work Sunday-Thursday.
Porter/housekeeping responsibilities include:
Maintain facilities through daily cleaning, washing & mopping offices, clubhouse, exercise equipment, rest rooms, pool deck/furniture, models and grounds.
Disposal of trash, waste, and other disposable materials, which may include removal of debris, left in vacated apartments.
Operate various mechanized equipment such as vacuums, blowers. Power washer etc.
Handling of various cleaning solvents, chemicals etc.
Using safety precautions in all housekeeping services.
Ability to follow instructions and work successfully with teammates and minimal supervision.
Occasionally will need to be available for weekend and holiday events.
Knowledge of basic housekeeping duties and procedures.
Maintaining and organizing supplies.
