Principal Associate Scientist - Contract - Cambridge, MA

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Principal Associate Scientist to join our client's team in Cambridge, MA.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will focus on experimental analysis of ELISA and manage the planning, shipping, and data review processes with third-party labs. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring the success of the ELISA project through effective communication and data presentation.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a science field, preferably biology, microbiology, or biochemistry.
• Strong experience with ELISA techniques.

The Principal Associate Scientist's responsibilities will be:

• Conduct independent ELISA experimental analysis and support method development.
• Coordinate and execute ELISA project activities with third-party contract labs.
• Manage procurement and shipment of materials to and from third-party labs as needed.
• Perform internal endotoxin tests, appearance, pH, Osmolality, and UV analysis on reference materials and non-GMP samples.
• Conduct UV studies to determine molar extinction coefficients under supervision.
• Assist with troubleshooting and data mining as required.
