Job Description

As a Lead Product Designer – Apparel , you will lead seasonal design development for performance apparel, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, technically sound products. This is a hands-on apparel design role focused on garment construction, concept development, and storytelling across men’s and women’s performance categories.

How You Will Contribute

• Lead and develop seasonal apparel design concepts from concept to final execution
• Design performance apparel ranging from base layers to outerwear
• Create mockups, samples, and presentations to clearly communicate design intent
• Review prototypes and revisions in preparation for seasonal product launches
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure design feasibility and quality

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of experience in an apparel product design role
• Strong knowledge of apparel construction and garment assembly
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
• Hands-on experience with CLO 3D
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills

Preferred

• Experience designing technical or functional performance apparel
• Experience with large, global apparel brands
