Estately is looking for an enthusiastic person to help us answer our phones from the comfort of your home office!
Were a small team focused on opening up the real estate world. Our goal is to build the best place for people to browse, shop for, and buy homes. We have a big vision. We believe in hiring smart people and getting out of their way.
**What you will do:**
Our customers call in to schedule visits with real estate agents. You will be our leading edge of customer care, in charge of collecting information from people, scheduling visits with our field agents, and collecting questions to pass on to agents. You'll also be on the phone a lot with our agents, connecting them with clients. The pace is usually pretty fast, with lots of incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails. There are other daily and weekly administrative tasks, like collecting feedback from clients and processing updates from agents.
Our client's hours are wacky. . .. and we want to be there when they call. We need someone to fill in as needed during the week and weekdays. We can let your hours grow as the job does. It is generally about 16 hours a week. You'll know your schedule for the following month, but you need to be flexible about what hours you can work -- currently we need weekend evening shifts. You'll be part of a small team of flexible people -- you'll work with the scheduler to trade shifts around when needed.

A people lover: you like talking on the phone, and have mastered the ability to sound patient as you effortlessly control the conversation and keep it moving forward promptly
A communicator: Your communication is always clear, poised, positive, and confident, and you can politely and quickly determine and escape 'the wrong' conversations
Ready to learn the real estate industry inside and out. (Huge bonus if you already know it!)
