Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Production Cook at Vesper Hills Golf Club located in Tully, NY. As a Production Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to the menu, ensuring high quality and presentation standards. You will also collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and contribute to menu planning. Attention to detail, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Cook or in a related role
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods of time
• Culinary education or certification is a plus
