Position Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Irvine, CA
Duration: 9 Months
Shift: 5 AM to 1:30 PM (Flexibility for 2nd shift as needed)
Job Overview :
We’re seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee non-exempt manufacturing personnel in the final assembly of products. This role involves managing daily operations, improving manufacturing processes, and meeting production goals and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and lead the manufacturing team to ensure efficient, high-quality production.
- Coordinate daily activities and production schedules.
- Provide input on manufacturability, ergonomics, and testing improvements.
- Manage the department within budget and optimize production capacity.
- Maintain safety and quality standards throughout the process.
- Be flexible to work a 2nd shift as needed.
Qualifications :
- 4+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering .
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to manage production processes and adhere to budget.
Additional Information :
- Onsite role at the Irvine facility.
