Job Description
**Only qualified Production Supervisor candidates located near the Riviera Beach, FL area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence**
Required Education:
• High School Diploma / GED required
Preferred Education:
• Associate's degree preferred or comparable work experience
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Shipping & Receiving office required
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a People Manager required
• Experience with international shipping and DG shipping required
• Verbal and written professional communication skills required
• Microsoft Office skills required
Preferred Qualifications:
• SAP Experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a plus
Responsibilities:
• Coordinates and supports the transport planning process to ensure on-time delivery
• Work closely with transport planner to ensure carrier availability
• Manage rush orders, resolving issues during planning and updating master data
• Reviews and proposes planning improvements
• Responsible for handling complaints and reconciling carrier invoicing deviations with Purchasing / Finance
• Prepares transport KPIs and reports
