Job Description
Job Duties:
- Manage an enterprise-wide Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation project plan, collaborate closely with team members and other users and project stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.
- Manage team members and other employees in company projects.
- Facilitate and develop Business Process diagrams of work processes using swimlane diagram flowcharts with explanations of key points of the business process.
- Liaison between business subject matter experts (SMEs) and offshore and onshore technical consultants.
- Maintain comprehensive project implementation project plan using ClickUp or Monday Project Software for project tasks, resources, and timelines in collaboration with project team members.
- Monitor project progress view weekly or semi-weekly project team meetings, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Publish meeting recaps and weekly team progress reports, and present updates to the ERP Project Steering committee on a periodic basis.
- Manage business requirement documents (BRDs), change requests (CRs) and other project documentation while maintaining a focus on project objectives and timelines
- Practice sound Change Management practices across organization by ensuring communications, training, and follow up with team members and ERP user population.
- Conduct project work in a profession manner with the project team and user community.
- Prompt and regular attendance at work and punctuality for meeting start times.

Reqiurements: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. College degree plus 1-5 years related experience, people and project management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Have demonstrable experience in project management. Manager.
